Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Axeon Studio (“Axeon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses your information when you visit https://axeonstudio.co or engage our digital web design, branding, and development services.
Key Principles & Plain English Summary
- We do not sell your personal data for money. Your contact details are never brokered, rented, or traded. Our business visitor-identification tool (Section 3) may be considered “sharing” under some state privacy laws, and you can opt out of it at any time (Section 4).
- Direct inquiry usage only: Booking and scheduling details (name, email, phone) submitted through our booking calendar are processed solely to communicate with you regarding design and engineering projects.
- Analytics & tracking, disclosed in full: We use Google Analytics (GA4) for traffic patterns, our own cookie-free first-party measurement script, Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replay, an Apollo.io script that identifies the business a visitor is browsing from, and an embedded booking widget (provided by a third-party CRM and scheduling platform) for appointment scheduling. Each is described in Section 3, and Section 4 explains how to opt out, including our support for the Global Privacy Control signal.
- Full user control: You may request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your data at any time by emailing us directly.
01.Information We Collect
We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide high-quality digital design, branding, and development services to businesses. The categories of information we collect include:
When you schedule a session through our booking calendar, we collect:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Company / Organization Name
- Project scope, budget, and business requirements
When you navigate our website, our servers and third-party monitoring tools automatically collect pseudonymous technical metrics:
- Browser type, version, and language
- Operating system and device category
- Referring URL and exit pages
- Pages viewed, session duration, and click paths
- General geographic location (city/region level)
02.How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect strictly for commercial, communication, and operational purposes:
- Client Discovery & Proposals: Responding to client inquiries, scheduling 30-minute discovery calls, analyzing website architectures, and delivering tailored digital proposals.
- Project Execution: Collaborating on branding, UI/UX design deliverables, web development, and digital conversion systems.
- Service Improvement: Measuring website responsiveness, diagnosing technical errors, optimizing page load speeds, and preventing fraudulent submissions.
- Legal & Compliance: Enforcing our Terms of Service and complying with applicable state and federal legal obligations.
03.Third-Party Processors & Service Providers
We partner with vetted, industry-leading third-party service providers who assist us in hosting, operating, and communicating through our website. These providers only process information as instructed by us and are obligated to uphold strict confidentiality:
Our website is hosted on Vercel. As our hosting provider, Vercel processes standard server request logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp) needed to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Google Analytics collects aggregated, pseudonymous statistics regarding visitor traffic, device categories, page engagements, and interaction events (for example, when a “Book My Free Call” button, phone link, or FAQ item is clicked) to help us understand which services and pages are most valuable to business owners. We do not use Google Analytics advertising features or remarketing audiences.
Our own small script (served from this site, nothing from a third party) counts page views, which buttons are pressed (for example a phone link, a form, or a completed booking), time on page, scroll depth and load speed. It sets no cookies. The only thing it can keep in your browser is an opt-out flag you set yourself by opening the site with ?ax_ignore=1, which stops that browser from being counted. Visits are grouped using a one-way hash that changes every month, together with the city and region reported by our hosting provider; your IP address is used only to compute that hash and is not stored. This is the same tool we provide to our clients for their websites.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through heatmaps and session replays. Clarity records how you interact with pages (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and taps) and captures behavioral metrics and device information. Text you type into form fields is masked by default and is not captured. Clarity processes this data as our service provider under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use it solely for site and service improvement, not for advertising.
We use a script from Apollo.io that attempts to identify the business or organization a visitor is browsing from (for example, by matching a company network or a business profile), so our team can follow up with companies that appear interested in our services. This may involve sharing your IP address and browsing activity on our site with Apollo, which may combine it with its own business-contact database. Some U.S. state privacy laws may treat this as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time using the methods in Section 4, and you can ask Apollo to remove your information through the Apollo Privacy Center.
Our embedded booking calendar is powered by our third-party CRM and scheduling platform. When you book a call through the calendar, that platform processes your submitted details to confirm the appointment and route it into our client relationship workflow.
04.Cookies, Tracking & Google Analytics Disclosure
Our website utilizes standard HTTP cookies and similar client-side script technologies to maintain security, preserve user preferences, and collect anonymous aggregate analytics:
- Essential Cookies: Required for fundamental site features, CSRF protection, and responsive viewport sizing.
- Google Analytics (GA4 - G-2EDMD31CEP): Google Analytics uses cookies (such as
_gaand_ga_*) to distinguish unique sessions and evaluate general browsing activity. IP addresses are anonymized and masked by default. - Microsoft Clarity: Clarity sets cookies such as
_clckand_clskto recognize a returning browser and to group page views into a single session for heatmaps and session replay. Clarity may also set a MicrosoftMUIDcookie. - Apollo.io Visitor Identification: The Apollo script uses cookies and similar identifiers to recognize a returning browser and associate visits with a business profile.
- Booking Calendar Session Cookies: Our embedded booking widget, provided by our third-party CRM and scheduling platform, sets its own session cookies to manage appointment selection and confirm bookings when you use the calendar.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we do not load Microsoft Clarity or the Apollo.io visitor-identification script, and Google Analytics runs without analytics cookies. GPC is built into browsers such as Brave, Firefox, and DuckDuckGo, and is available as an extension for Chrome and Edge.
Google Analytics: You can also prevent Google Analytics from logging visits by disabling third-party cookies, using browser tracking protection, or installing the official Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
Microsoft Clarity: Blocking the domain clarity.ms in a browser content blocker prevents session recording, and you can manage Microsoft's use of your data through the Microsoft Privacy Dashboard.
Apollo.io: Enable GPC as described above, or email us at the address in Section 10 with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” and we will suppress visitor identification for you. You can also submit a removal request directly through the Apollo Privacy Center linked in Section 3.
05.Data Retention & Security Measures
We retain voluntarily provided contact details (name, email, phone) only for as long as necessary to fulfill the business relationship, evaluate prospective projects, or satisfy recordkeeping requirements under Iowa commercial laws.
We apply modern industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to secure your personal data, including:
- End-to-end HTTPS encryption (TLS/SSL) for all website transmission
- Restricted, authenticated administrative access to contact inquiries
- Zero storage of payment card numbers or sensitive financial credentials on our servers
06.Your Privacy Rights & Choices
Regardless of where you reside, Axeon Studio honors fundamental privacy rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Access: You may request confirmation of whether we hold personal data about you and obtain a clear copy.
- Right to Rectification: You may ask us to update or correct inaccurate or incomplete contact records.
- Right to Deletion: You may request that we permanently delete your contact information and submitted project inquiries from our active databases.

- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never deny services, charge varying rates, or alter project delivery because you exercised your privacy rights.

Our services, website, and commercial proposals are exclusively designed and intended for business owners, corporate executives, and working professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately for prompt deletion.
08.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy, our data collection practices, and all related interactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.
09.Updates to This Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect modifications to our digital services, third-party tooling, or applicable statutory requirements. When revisions occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or engagement of our services after any update signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
