The setup fee is a one-time charge that covers the initial design and development of your website. Once it’s built, your monthly plan takes over — covering hosting, updates, support, and everything else going forward.

Good websites take time to perform. The 12-month minimum ensures we can invest properly in your site, track results, and make meaningful improvements. After year one, you can cancel or change plans with 30 days’ notice.

Yes, any time. If your business grows and you need more pages, features, or support, upgrading is straightforward. You’d pay the difference in the setup fee if applicable.

You own all of your content — copy, images, and brand assets. The website design and build are included as part of the subscription. If you cancel after your commitment, we’ll discuss handoff options with you directly.

Minor edits are text updates, image swaps, and small layout tweaks — the kind of thing that takes under 30 minutes. Bigger changes like new pages or feature additions are handled within your monthly hours (Growth and Authority plans) or scoped separately on Launch.

Not at all. If you already have a brand, we work with it. If you need one, branding is an optional add-on or part of a bundle package. We’ll figure out what makes sense in the consultation.

Most sites launch within 2–4 weeks of the kickoff call. We move fast, but we don’t cut corners. You’ll see a draft before anything goes live.
